The Delhi High Court has agreed to hear a petition on Tuesday seeking an interim stay on the construction of Central Vista. The court had earlier listed the case for hearing on May 17. On May 7, the Supreme Court had dismissed a petition seeking a stay on the construction activity in relation to the Central Vista Redevelopment Project in compliance of the orders issued by DDMA in the wake of the Covid-19 surge in Delhi. The SC told the petitioners to request the High Court for an urgent hearing.
